PERSONAL DATA POLICY AT HabiWe APS
We only collect personal data in cases where it is relevant to us, and we will only gather personal data if it is relevant to your activity with HabiWe APS.
In the collection, processing, and use of your personal data, we always comply with all relevant and applicable legal provisions. We will only retain your personal data for as long as we are legally obligated to do so or as long as it is relevant to the purpose for which they were collected.
Information we collect
If you wish to purchase and receive a product or service from us, we need to collect certain personal data to complete the transaction and provide you with our services. We use, among other things, cookies to keep track of the concepts of your shopping cart while using our webshop.
We may collect information such as name, email address, delivery address (if different from the postal address), phone number and payment details.

Basis for processing and purpose
We collect your basic contact information such as name and address to deliver the product or service you have purchased from us. We collect your email address to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation. Your information (except for your email address, if you have given consent for processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 2 months after you have received your product or service.
Other recipients of personal information
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries. Our website is hosted by one.com, which acts as our data processor. All personal data you provide on our website will be stored in one.com's data centers.
We use external companies as suppliers to deliver our services as effectively as possible. These external suppliers are data processors and, in some cases, process personal information in connection with their delivery of services to us. Our data processors only process personal information according to our instructions and in compliance with legal requirements for data processors.
We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processers, ensuring both our and your guarantee that they comply with applicable rules for the protection of your personal information.

Storage period
We retain information for the period allowed by law, and we delete it when it is no longer necessary or relevant. The period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storage. Therefore, it is not possible to provide a general timeframe for when information is deleted.
Disclosure of information
Data about your use of the website, the ads you receive and possibly click on, geographic location, gender, age segment, etc., are disclosed to third parties. You can see which third parties are involved in the Cookies section above. The information is used for targeted advertising.
We also use a number fo third parties for storage and processing of data. These parties process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
Disclosure of personal information such as name and email etc., will only occur if you give your consent. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide sufficient protection for your information.
Access and complaints
You have the right to be informed about the personal information we process about you in a commonly used format (data portability). At any time, you can object to the use fo the information. You can also withdraw your consent for the processing of your information. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right for it to be corrected or deleted. PAYMENT
HabiWe accepts payment with . Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK (Danish Kroner) and inclusive of VAT.
DELIVERY
HabiWe aims to dispatch orders received before 5:00 PM on the same day; orders received after this time will be sent on the next business day.
Warranty
There is a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or manufacturing. Depending on the specific situation, you may have the item repaired, replaced, receive a refund, or price reduction. The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must file a complaint within a reasonable time after discovering the defect/error. HabiWe will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

We do not accepts shipments cash on delivery.
Refund
If a refund is applicable, please include bank details such as account number and sort code, so the agreed amount can be transferred. The information can be provided via email or other electronic means without a risk, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used to fulfil the refund.
Return policy
There is a 14-day full return policy for items purchased on our webshop.
The period is counted from the day;
– You receive the order.
– You acquire the last item in physical possession when it concerns an agreement for multiple different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in multiple instalments.
– You acquire the last batch or last part in physical possession when it concerns an agreement for delivery goods consisting of multiple batches/parts.
– The first item in physical possession when it concerns regular delivery of goods over a specified period.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
The withdrawal must be notified to us within 14 days of the purchase, and the shipment must be returned no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal. The notification must be sent by email to info@habiwe.com. In the notification, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you want to return the item to us, you must complete the enclosed return form and send the item to:

You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal simply by refusing to accept the item without simultaneously providing clear notice of this.
Items excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The following types of items are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
– Goods that are produced according to the consumer's specifications or have a clearly personalised character.
– Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
– Goods that, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with others upon delivery.
– Goods where the sealing has been broken.
– Executed non-financial services if the provision of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully performed.
– Delivery of digital content not supplied on a physical medium if the execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
– Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscription agreements for such publications.
– Agreements entered into at a public auction.
– Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Returning a product
You must return your order without undue delay no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right to withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with the return. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation in the package. Processing is expedited if you also complete and include our Withdrawal Form.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of the item's delivery until we have received it back.
We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
Condition of the item upon return.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that upon withdrawal from the purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt of the return. To receive a full refund, you must, therefore, try the item without actually using it.
Refund
If you regret your purchase, you will, of course, receive the amount you have paid to us.
In case of depreciation, which you are responsible for, this amount is deducted from the purchase amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received notice of you decision to use the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided documentation of having returned them before that.
